One of the highest honors given to an Eighth Grade boy and girl is “The Father Roberto Leadership
Through Spirit Award” named after our 3rd Pastor, Father Roberto Balducelli, O.S.F.S.

Y.A.C. solicits information from coaches, teachers, parish priests, and any chairperson of a Parish activity. Those who nominate an 8th Grader must explain why and how the student exhibits the spirit of Father Roberto in their approach to school work, participation in school activities, involvement in parish programs and projects, leadership and participation in spiritual activities, and involvement in sporting events. The student’s involvement is measured over the past four years to see if a continual growth has taken place.
