To register your son or
daughter to play for the Tigers, you must agree to the terms and
conditions below. Please read the following, and enter your
initials and today's date to serve as your signature, indicating
your agreement
1.) Your registration fee is due at your
first practice. The fee is made payable to
St. Anthony
YAC. In case of hardship, please speak with one of the YAC
officers listed on this site. We hope not to exclude any athlete
for financial reasons.
2.) A Uniform Deposit check is required
for all sports. A uniform return date will be established. This
check may be post-dated to the first of the month in which your
selected sport ends. If you do not return the uniform on this
date your check will be cashed the next business day.
3.) Parents must attend a parents / coaches
meeting at the beginning of each season. The coach will let you
know when the meeting will take place.
4.) Parents are responsible for having your
child at practice on time. Please notify your coach if there are
delays or a problem exists. The coach does not know if your
child was not at school during the day because of illness.
5.) Any issues with coaches or a staff
member shall be resolved directly with the coaching staff first.
If the problem resolution or answer is not to your satisfaction
you must submit in writing to the Coaches Evaluation Committee
your concern.
6.) Parents and spectators should behave
appropriately at all games and practices. There should be no
disrespect shown to the opposing players, coaches, officials or
referees. Banishment from competitions for disorderly conduct is
at the discretion of the CYM Office.
7.) We need your support. The YAC is a
volunteer organization committed to providing the opportunity
for our children to participate in sports. We cannot do it
without volunteers. We ask the family of each athlete to make a
commitment to give some time in support of our organization.
Please help in anyway possible.
8.) Our coaches have made a commitment to
teach your child their chosen sport. We ask for a commitment
from you the parents to arrive on time for practices and games.
You are your children's best teacher. SET the EXAMPLE.
